A person becomes smaller when interpretation arrives before the scene.
Most systems rush from a repeated behavior to a fixed label. Inner OS slows that moment down. It asks what happened, what was observed, what else might be true, and what action can update the map.

University does not produce people who memorize labels. It trains readers who can separate observation from interpretation and revise a hypothesis after action and outcome.
